How are your products made?
What is so special about WOODPRINT products?
How long until I get my order?
We are a small company but take pride in our efficiency. We will work diligently to get all orders to their destinations as quickly as possible but apologize in advance if our best efforts are insufficient. Plan on 4-6 weeks until delivery.
Once we receive your photos, they will be placed in the design template you selected, along with designer text/your custom text. Your photos will be cropped as necessary to best fit the template selected. Each design will then be printed on specially treated, highest quality birch plywood using advanced printing technology. Each product is then individually inspected for quality, treated a second time, and sanded by hand before being carefully wrapped, packaged, and shipped to your door.
What is so special about WOODPRINT products?
No longer are your photos confined to boring paper materials that wrinkle and bend! Nor do they need expensive frames to hold them! Woodprints are durable, classy, and unique! Because each individual product is printed on wood, no two products will ever turn out exactly the same. Due to wood's natural characteristics, each woodprint will vary slightly in coloring and wood grain, making it a truly special work of art.
When should I submit my photos?
Ideally, you should email us your photos immediately after placing your order for quick processing. However, we realize it takes time to find the "perfect" photos, so we just ask that you please email them to us within 10 days of submitting your order. Remember to email them to orders@mywoodprint.com with your order number in the subject line, and then include your custom text and any preferences as to what order the photos are placed on your product.
What file formats do you accept?

What is your return policy?
We strive to provide products and services with 100% customer satisfaction. Because of the custom nature of our products, we are unable to provide any refunds.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only customers in Tennessee are required to pay a 9.25% sales tax.
Will you change my photos to sepia toned or black and white for me?
We apologize that at this time we do not offer color editing of photos. All photos will be printed in the color tone they are submitted.
